About Aiesha
In a culture that has long separated spirituality from the body, many of us carry shame or contraction around sexuality and desire. Aiesha’s work supports a return to the felt sense of the body - including pleasure and the enlivening power of Eros (life force). Sensation, desire, and vulnerability are approached with reverence, as gateways to healing and awakening.
Her approach draws from Trans-Himalayan Buddhism and Jungian psychology, particularly shadow work and archetypal integration to support healthy inclusion of all parts of the self - guiding you toward the conscious realisation of your wholeness. Sessions are also informed by Somatic Experiencing® (SE), a body-oriented modality developed by Dr. Peter Levine. Through gentle awareness of sensation, this work supports the release of stored stress and trauma, helping to restore nervous system balance and resilience. Aiesha is currently completing her SE training.
Devoted to walking this path herself, Aiesha’s ongoing inner work allows her to meet you with authenticity, humility, and depth. Each session is a co-created journey, supporting your unfolding into deeper connection with your body, your essence, and your capacity for love.
